It took years of hard work and dedication, so don't expect to get results in just a few days, weeks, or even months. The biggest lie the fitness industry tells us is that we can get results in absolutely no time. This claim cannot be further from the truth. Proper results are achieved over time.

Change the way you eat, and you will change your life. Eat low-calorie foods that taste good and fill you up. The journey is just as important as the destination. You do not need to eat a bland diet to see results.

CARDIO

Cardio is fun if you find the activity that suits you. "Choose a job you love, and you'll never have to work a day in your life." Sound familiar? The same goes for cardio. I don't do cardio. I go out and have fun doing the activities I enjoy.
